The lacquering process consists of the application
of epoxy or polyester based powder paint
The process begins with the cleaning of the pieces to be lacquered, in order to remove all type of contaminants and to obtain a good qualiy adhesion.
The piece then goes to the paint booth where the powder is charged electrically and applied with the help of a pistol to adhere to the metals. When the painting process is finished the piece enters the oven at a temperature between 180 ° C and 200 ° C where the powder melts and adheres to it.
The great advantages of lacquering are:
1. Greater durability than conventional paint
2. Better corrosion protection
3. Better finishings
